Diverse and Up to 40% Faster Additive Manufacturing

The Objet1000 Plus 3D system of the production series prints up to 40% quicker compared to previous models, with lower expenses for each part made. This industrial production system can print in large formats with a glossy surface in high-speed mode. The constructed space of 1000 mm × 800 mm × 500 mm is becoming more efficient through the optimized movement of the print block, which allows for faster speeds. In combination with additional improvements and simple post-processing, this high productivity results in lower costs for each part made. The printer platform can hold a load weighing up to 135 kg. Resolution is reported at 300 dpi for the X-axis and Y-axis, and 1,600 dpi for the Z-axis. The printer has an accuracy of up to 85 µm, 50 mm for details, and 600 µm for the largest models possible. Users can select from more than 100 materials, including the propylene-like material Endur. Endur digital materials that allow two base materials to be mixed into one can be used as well. The procedure is the same as that for smaller PolyJet 3D printing systems. The system is designed to work automatically for extended periods of time.
